We started out in December 2019, right before the pandemic hit us in march 2020 and have successfully stayed strong for the past 4 years. From mindful movement classes to functional strength training, we offer a diverse range of services to cater to your unique wellness needs.
We have created a multi-functional studio space that host a diverse range of holistic sessions, creating an environment of positivity and wellness for all.

Yoga Sanctuary: we have 4 different instructors for yoga, who bring their unique approach and teaching to our space. Find harmony for your mind, body, and soul through these sessions.

In his sessions he focus on the principles of alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, each session is designed to bring strength, flexibility, and tranquillity into your practice.

Hi my name is Mita Thakker and I have a teaching experience of over 10 years. Through detailed instructions and the use of props, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive space where you can deepen your practice, refine your postures, and cultivate a sense of inner harmony. Let's embark on this journey together, honouring the wisdom of the body and the power of the breath.

The prenatal program at Olistic includes varied workouts in addition to childbirth preparation, breast feeding, cesarean birth and post birth recovery sessions. The postnatal program help you prevent post birth complications such as pelvic pain, prolapse, incontinence, joint aches and pain in addition to training to regain your strength and endurance.

In my teaching experience of over 8 years I continuosly delve into the fundamentals of Yoga, emphasizing proper alignment and mindful transitions between poses. I combine the wisdom of many dofferent schools of yoga and bring you my unique approach. I bleive that each moment on the mat is an opportunity for self-discovery.
